By accessing or using the RezenOne Safety Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you are creating an account or using the Service on behalf of a minor child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Description of Service

• Emergency profile creation and management
• NFC tag linking for instant profile access

The Service is designed as a supplementary safety tool and does NOT replace professional medical care, emergency services (911), or proper supervision of children.

• NFC tags must be properly attached to your child's belongings to function
• Tags may be damaged, lost, or rendered unreadable through normal wear
• RezenOne is not responsible for NFC tag hardware failures
• Anyone with physical proximity to the tag can scan and access the linked emergency profile
• You are responsible for managing what information is visible on the public profile (via Privacy Mode settings)
